INGREDIENTS
2 bell peppers
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon prepared minced ginger
1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Remove and discard the stem, ribs and seeds from the peppers
and chop the pepper into 1 inch pieces.
Peel onion and chop into 1 inch pieces.
Mix everything together in a large bowl and allow to
marinate for about 4 hours.
Place the peppers and onions on skewers alternately.
Place on grill over direct medium-high heat until done to
your desired consistency. (I like mine a la dente and leave them one for about
6 minutes turning them around every 2 minutes).
