Egg Stuffed Portabella

A mushroom lover's dream breakfast. This can be made in the oven or directly on the grill.

INGREDIENTS
1 portabella mushroom
1 egg
1 teaspoon butter or bacon drippings
1/8 teaspoon your favourite dried herb
Salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Remove the stem and gills from the inside of the mushroom with a spoon.
Wipe the dirt off the mushroom and rub the butter over the inside and sprinkle the herb over butter.
Place in a pie plate and crack the egg inside the mushroom.
Cook in a preheated 325 degree Fahrenheit oven about 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how you like your yolk cooked. (This can also be done on the grill over low heat for about 18 to 20 minutes)
Enjoy!
