Left-Over Steak Salad

This is a great way to use up leftover steak. Use the dressing ingredients listed with this recipe or drizzle this with your favourite salad dressing and you have a great meal!

INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 ounces cooked beef steak, sliced
2 cups mixed baby lettuce greens
6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
6 slices English cucumber (about 1/4 inch thick)
2 to 3 radishes, sliced
fresh ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Toss together the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes, top with the steak and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salad.
Enjoy!
