Smoked Salmon Spread

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. Her mother-in-law made this and it was served as an appetizer with crackers and bread rounds at her wedding. This is an inexpensive spread with a rich taste that you can make with items you probably keep in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS
2 (7.5 oz) cans GF Red Sockeye Salmon
1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (6.5 oz) can GF Ham Flakes
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
Capers for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Drain Salmon.
Remove skin and bones.
Flake salmon in bowl.
Drain Ham
Add to bowl
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mash together.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with capers.
