"Pizzaed" Olives

This is such a tasty little appetizer. I sometimes make it with packaged precooked bacon if I have unexpected guests drop in and don’t have time to cook the bacon. I do not cut those in half as they are much thinner than regular cooked bacon.

INGREDIENTS
12 slices GF bacon
24 pickled almond-stuffed green olives 
Parmesan cheese
Oregano

DIRECTIONS
Cook bacon, let cool and cut slices in half.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each olive and insert toothpick to hold together.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Serve.
