Corned Beef and Pickle "Sushi"

I saw a photo of  this circulating on facebook but there was no recipe, probably because it is obvious enough to see that it is only 3 ingredients. I winged it and came up with these amounts for a recipe.

8 sliced GF corned beef
1/2 cup cream cheese (I used herb and garlic)
4 medium dill or sweet pickles

On a clean work surface, layer 2 slices of corned beef atop each other to length of pickle.
Pat dry with paper towel and spread 2 tablespoon of cream cheese over the layered corned beef.
Place one pickle at the edge of meat and roll the meat over the pickle.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place the "sushi" seam side down and slice into rolls.
Plate and serve.
