1 (375ml) jar whole green olives, drained, reserving 2 tablespoons juice
1 (375ml) jar whole kalamata olives, drained
1/3 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes drained reserving 1 tablespoon of the oil.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit for at least 2 hours to allow the flavours meld.Serve.
