This rice recipe is so good. It is a perfect side to pork chops or chicken. It is also a great accompaniment to stir fry.
1 cup pure orange juice
1 cup Minute rice
2 teaspoons GF chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Whisk together all the ingredients except for the rice in a pot.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stir in rice; cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and Enjoy!
