The mustard grains in the rice makes for a pretty presentation and it gives the rice a very subtle mustard flavour.
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup long grain white rice
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon old fashioned grainy mustard
Place the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Do not remove lid.
Remove pot from burner and set aside for 5 minutes.Give pot a good shake and serve.
