We loved it. So muc...Bea, this recipe is awesome. We loved it. So much flavor, so easy to make. The spare ribs were amazingly tender and the sauce to die for. I love the flavor that the ginger ale gives the meat and sauce...so good. I used Schwepps Dark Ginger Ale in this dish, it worked beautifully. I made this exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing.
