I was skeptic...Wow, Bea - these are soooo gooood!!! I was skeptical that meatballs boiled in water would produce a really good flavor, but the method was intriguing. I was so wrong - the sauce is flavorful and the meatballs were tender and wonderful! Followed directions explicitly, including the ingredients.
